Privacy Policy

last updated: 22 July 2026

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through numerocinco.pt (the "site"). We take data protection seriously and only collect what is necessary to respond to your requests.

1. Data controller

Nº 5 is a brand operated by Os Caetanos, Lda, Portuguese company tax number 504428918, with registered office at Rua Manuel Ferreira n.º 19C, 2795-229 Linda-a-Velha, which is the data controller. For privacy matters, contact: geral@numerocinco.pt. General contact: giveme5@numerocinco.pt.

2. What data we collect and why

Assessment request form

When you request an assessment we collect: name, company/brand, email, phone (optional), sector, country of operation, website, social media, goal and a description of your challenge. Purpose: to prepare and deliver the assessment you requested and to contact you about it. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Instant website analysis

When you use the instant analysis, we record the analysed URL, the result (score and checks), the language and the date. This tool does not collect personal data, unless the URL itself contains any.

Virtual assistant (Quinto)

Messages you write to the assistant are processed to generate the reply, including by a language-model provider (see section 4). Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the conversation.

Newsletter (optional)

In the assessment form you may, if you wish, subscribe to occasional marketing tips by email. Subscribing is optional and is not required to request an assessment — the box is never pre-ticked. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any newsletter email or contacting us; we will stop sending you communications. Subscription data is not used for incompatible purposes.

Booking a call

If we make online meeting booking available, the booking data (name, email, chosen date) is processed to schedule and hold the requested call.

Measurement and advertising (cookies)

Only with your consent, per category, we use audience-measurement tools (Metricool) and advertising tools (Meta Pixel). Details, categories and how to change your choice are in the Cookie Policy. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Retention

We keep assessment request data for as long as needed to respond and follow up commercially, and delete it when no longer necessary. You can request deletion at any time (section 6).

4. Processors and recipients

We use providers that process data on our behalf, with appropriate safeguards: Netlify (site hosting and form intake), Google (language-model API supporting the virtual assistant; email and productivity tools), and — only with your consent — Metricool (audience measurement) and Meta (advertising). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by contacting us through the details in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and data minimisation.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
