Social media management that works for your business.
Posting for the sake of posting doesn't move a business. What moves it is a plan with a goal, consistent production and reading the numbers — month after month. That's what Nº 5 runs for your brand, without you needing an in-house team.
The problem it solves
Most SMEs fall into one of two extremes: either the channels sit abandoned for weeks, or they eat up the time of the person who should be running the business. Either way, the algorithm forgets the brand and the effort doesn't turn into results. Nº 5 takes over the operation — strategy, production and management — so social stops being a burden and becomes a channel.
Who it's for
For validated businesses, led directly by the owner or management, that want consistent, integrated presence — not one-off posts at the lowest price. We work mostly with those who already invest, or are ready to invest, consistently in their marketing operation.
Signs you need this
- Weeks go by without posting — and you feel you «should be doing something».
- You post, but with no plan or clear goal, and you don't know what's working.
- The content has no visual line or recognisable voice.
- You reply late (or not at all) to comments and messages.
- You have no way to connect what you post to what the business receives.
How we work
- Assessment — we understand the business, the audience and what already exists, and set the goal of each channel.
- Monthly plan — what goes out, where, when and with what goal, approved by you before it ships.
- Production and publishing — copy, design and scheduling, in your brand's voice and line.
- Reporting in numbers — what was planned, what happened and what changes next month.
What it may include
- Monthly content plan and editorial calendar.
- Posts, carousels, stories and Reels, according to the scope.
- Management of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (the contracted channels).
- An AI assistant helping to handle comments and messages — with human approval before anything is published.
- Monthly report in plain owner's language.
What is not automatically included
So there are no surprises: ad spend (paid ads are a separate service — see Meta & Google Ads), heavy professional video production, on-site photo and video, and channels beyond the contracted ones. Anything outside the scope is quoted upfront, in the proposal.
Real proof
At Terrae (real estate, Lisbon), social media management accompanied +107% Instagram follower growth in 30 days (142 → 294, 21 Jun – 20 Jul 2026, organic + paid) and around 264k cumulative daily reach over the same period. Past results don't guarantee future ones — they also depend on the market, the offer and the investment.
Straight answers
How many posts per month?
It depends on the scope defined in the proposal — there's no magic number that fits everyone. A sustainable, consistent rhythm beats high volume you can't keep up.
Who approves what goes out?
You do. The monthly plan and the pieces go through your approval before publishing. AI accelerates; the decision and the publishing are always human.
Is ad spend included?
No. Social media management is the organic work. Paid campaigns (Meta/Google) are a separate service and the budget is paid directly to the platforms.
Do you work in Portugal and Angola?
Yes — we run brands in both countries, with teams and suppliers used to each market.
